As a vital part of our retail environment, Store Operations Team Members are responsible for a variety of essential tasks that ensure smooth store functionality and exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems to facilitate accurate transactions.
  • Encourage participation in our customer loyalty initiatives, including sign-ups and reward processing.
  • Engage in the freight management process, which includes unloading shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining merchandise presentation.
  • Support the furniture department by assisting with carry-outs and display setups as required.
  • Uphold the cleanliness and appearance of the store's interior and exterior, performing light maintenance tasks as necessary.
  • Conduct daily maintenance of the front-end area, ensuring cleanliness, restocking supplies, and maintaining safety standards.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by Store Leadership, which may include cart retrieval and safety-related responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail is preferred.
  • Experience with cash register operations is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds, along with the capability to perform various physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Basic proficiency in English literacy and mathematics is required.
