At Grandview Retirement Center, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care for our elderly residents who seek a nurturing environment to thrive. Our facility is a 215-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) that primarily serves SSI patients.
We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Head of Resident Engagement. This position will focus on attracting new residents and facilitating their smooth transition into our community. We are looking for someone who excels in establishing meaningful connections with prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract residents to maintain optimal occupancy rates.
- Develop innovative strategies to foster new relationships and generate leads.
- Engage with existing contacts to explore collaborative opportunities.
- Conduct thorough assessments with potential residents and relevant parties to evaluate eligibility for residency.
- Provide informative tours for families and referrals.
- Create and present promotional materials that highlight our community's offerings.
- Design and execute engaging, relevant in-house events that will draw new visitors to our facility.
- Exhibit a compassionate and uplifting demeanor, with a genuine passion for working with seniors.
- Possess the ability to travel for meetings with other facilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Administrator and Financial Manager to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 annually
