- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 8-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Expense Control: Manage store expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: Food safety certification and any other certifications required by state or local regulations.
