Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Concession Operations: Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, including concession kiosks and related areas.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register/POS, receive payment from customers, and provide change as required.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food, coffee, and other beverages, including alcohol, according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist service team members as needed to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or equivalent education required.
  • Experience: Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Food Handler's certification based on state requirements.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests and team members. The individual must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours in length, and lift up to 45 pounds as needed.
