We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Plumbing Technologist to join our team at Beck Electric. This role involves diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Keep company vehicles clean and well-maintained to reflect positively on the company.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as paperwork, accurately and efficiently.
  • Present a professional image and attitude at all times, reflecting positively on the company.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing repair and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including diagnosis and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
