Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, referrals, LinkedIn, and more;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the recruitment industry and headhunting;
  • Effectively communicate Pacifica Continental's services, demonstrating your ability to understand client needs;
  • Nurture relationships within Pacifica Continental's relevant markets;
  • Grow the business portfolio by maintaining strong relationships with potential and current clients;
  • Create commercial proposals that align with Pacifica Continental's standards and client expectations;
  • Provide regular sales reports to the CEO and stakeholders upon request.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Native-level English proficiency;
  • Advanced Spanish is a plus;
  • Experience in the recruitment industry (headhunting) is a plus;
  • Proven track record of success as a hunter;
  • Results-driven, focused on meeting financial targets;
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
