Position Summary

The Warehouse Operations Associate is tasked with the manual sorting and relocation of stacks of empty containers, each weighing approximately 8 lbs.

All employment is subject to the successful completion of a background verification and substance screening, in compliance with local and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually stacking containers on pallets to the specified height, adhering to inventory management protocols
  • Inspecting items to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Applying and removing necessary labels
  • Ensuring all waste and debris are cleared before returning items to the customer
  • Loading containers onto the production line
  • Wrapping sorted pallets securely for shipment
  • Transporting pallets or materials on pallets or in crates throughout the storage area
  • Accurately completing all production documentation
  • Directly communicating with the Shift Lead or On-Site Manager
  • Maintaining efficiency and performance standards as set by the company
  • Upholding a clean and safe work environment that aligns with company standards

Qualifications

  • Strong mathematical, language, and reading skills with a keen attention to detail
  • High level of vigilance required to ensure the safety of others; fostering a secure work environment
  • Ability to follow record-keeping instructions
  • Understanding that overtime may be necessary
