About the Role

Job Title: Clinical Services Supervisor (RN)

Reports To: Health Center Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary: $74,760 – $82,190 per year

This role is responsible for providing clinical supervision to back office staff, overseeing clinical competency and performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care services that ensure safety and protection, comfort, and disease prevention and restorative measures.
  • Independently utilize nursing judgment to provide triage of patients with proper disposition and appropriate level of care using company adapted triage protocols.
  • Participate in rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, medication administration, and patient treatment as directed by provider and within RN scope of practice.
  • Assist team with pre-visit checklist and participate or direct team huddles to establish patient goals and interventions.
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current RN license issued by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
  • Minimum two years of recent experience in ambulatory care.
