Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and grooming.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to nursing staff.
  • Serve meals and assist residents with feeding as necessary.
  • Observe residents and communicate any issues to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and common areas.
  • Facilitate communication between healthcare staff, residents, and their families.
  • Assist with the mobility of residents, including transferring and repositioning.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Ohio.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Compassionate bedside manner.
