Lead Electrical Projects with Precision Electric

As an experienced Electrical Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple projects at various stages for Precision Electric Company. With our expertise spanning industrial and commercial developments, government projects, institutional endeavors, and design/build services, we prioritize exceptional workmanship and safety across all project scales.

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our electrical construction projects from pre-construction to closeouts. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple public and private electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, communicating with field supervision, and writing subcontracts and change orders.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make decisions that minimize risk and control costs for the company's best interest. You'll also manage project coordinators and project engineers, monitor overall quality and quantity of work performed on assigned projects, and ensure budget, schedules, materials, subcontractors, and crews are on target and profitable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO, wellness/gym benefits, and more.

Requirements:
  • Experience in k-12, higher education, or commercial electrical construction projects
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of local and national technical and safety standards and codes (NEC, NETA, IEEE, NFPA, OSHA)
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors at one time
  • Experience with permitting and license requirements
  • Resourceful self-starter with good organizational skills
  • Minimum 3+ years working experience in the public and private electrical construction industry as a Project Manager
  • Proficiency in basic construction programs: Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, Accubid, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
