Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Structural Engineer, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Assessing equipment requirements for projects
  • Evaluating the structural integrity of formwork systems
  • Developing erection drawings and detailed specifications
  • Reviewing technical drawings and conducting equipment takeoffs
  • Supporting engineering and drafting tasks for pre-sales initiatives

An Engineer-in-Training is not limited to numerical analysis; this position involves managing engineering projects and collaborating with teams, along with opportunities for site visits to observe the application and operation of our formwork systems.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and effective time management abilities, thriving in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering is required, while Mechanical Engineers with a keen interest in construction are also encouraged to apply. Recent graduates are welcome to submit their applications.

Final candidates will undergo a background check and pre-employment physical and drug screening.
