As a Luxury Sales and Listing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with our inside sales team to identify and pursue high-net-worth clients. Our team culture is built on trust, respect, and open communication.
About the Position
This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and excellent communication and organizational skills. As a Luxury Sales and Listing Specialist, you will be an ambassador for FAM Realty Group, representing our brand and values to potential clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the broker's schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
- Keep a balanced record of the broker's business transactions
- Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment
- Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records
- Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele

Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
