Claims Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a Claims Coordinator at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of insurance claims. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers, follow up on claims, and handle service complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage data entry for each claim from the initial notice of loss to completion in the CRM system
Review compliance tasks and ensure all job tasks are completed on time
Monitor and update jobs in the required operating system to ensure efficient flow through the claims process
Ensure that uploading photos and documents are appropriately described and titled in real-time
Create and assist with job estimates, reviewing final estimates to ensure completeness according to company standards
Manage customer service issues and complaints, documenting actions and resolution
Understand company cycle times and SLAs required for each job and phase
Perform client care calls, ensuring constant communication with customers, and may communicate with adjusters
Enter daily notes in all jobs, contacting relevant participants and escalating to the department manager as required
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience preferred
IICRC Certifications preferred but not required: WTR, ASD, OCT, STC
Exceptional customer service skills
1-3 years of Xactimate experience required, proficient use of Xactimate 28
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
Personal time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
Ability to manage highly confidential information
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient at using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM software
Experience with customer interaction and conflict resolution

Compensation:
$1,100.00 per week
