Job Summary

Banner Baywood Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the performance of cardiac catheterization procedures, including angiography and coronary interventions.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including cardiac catheterization labs and imaging equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories and test results.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of current Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
  • Travel experience preferred.
  • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old).
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED.

Additional Information
  • No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED.
  • Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
  • Please look at the compliance requirements immediately.
  • Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
  • Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
