Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, utilizing our sales system, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Sales System: Effectively utilize our sales system to streamline the sales process, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Installation Coordination: Coordinate installation schedules and communicate effectively with our installers and office staff.
  • Relationship Building: Foster key relationships with referral sources and collaborate with our marketing team to drive business growth.
