IT Director

The IT Director will be responsible for implementing and managing IT staff and applications systems, delivering business-critical IT solutions and support in a high-paced, high-demand environment. As a business partner to the BU Leader/s and the BU SLT, you will be responsible for all business application systems and IT Infrastructure, projects, and support requirements for the business unit in North America.

• Manage all business application systems and IT Infrastructure, projects, and support requirements for the business unit in North America.
• Ensure local systems are in line with both central IT standards and local business needs.
• Manage relationships with local internal business customers and central IT organizations.
• Provide IT support to a network of resources with direct and indirect reporting relationships.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Manage IT budgets and financial resources.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and TISAX audits and regulations.

• 10+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment supporting enterprise-level systems.
• 5+ years of IT management experience leading small-sized teams.
• Must be familiar with SAP ERP and EDI.
• SAP experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects to completion on time and on budget.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
