Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Person plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities. This position is responsible for assisting management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

• Perform daily oil fryer filtering
• Maintain the outside grounds, including landscaping and waste management
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week
• Empty trash compactors and replace liners
• Change light bulbs and perform minor electrical repairs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and remove debris from the roof
• Assist team members in serving customers
