The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling manufacturing operations and will be responsible for managing a significant budget and a diverse workforce across multiple locations.

- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Specific Duties:
- Implement the company's strategic plan to surpass financial performance benchmarks.
- Make informed strategic decisions based on market dynamics, customer needs, and economic trends.
- Explore new market or product avenues that contribute to revenue and profitability goals.
- Lead the adoption of continuous improvement practices and standardized operational processes.
- Build and nurture a robust management team throughout the organization.
- Maintain effective communication with the board, management, stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Maximize profitability through revenue enhancement and cost reduction strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, operations, customer base, and market landscape.
Candidate Experience and Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue and profitability.
- Prior experience with full P&L responsibility in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Proven history of driving revenue and profitability growth through operational excellence and innovation.
- Familiarity with financial management, including oversight of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow metrics.
- Capability to scale operations while fostering high-performing teams.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree in business administration or engineering is preferred.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Job Type: Contract position with potential for permanent placement.
