Eligibility Criteria:

Position Details:
- 12-month contract with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate under minimal supervision to assist in the removal, installation, fabrication, and testing of avionics and electrical systems.
- Aid in the installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components in accordance with blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Maintain precise logs and documentation of work performed.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Conduct verification and inspection of all work for defects prior to final assessment.
- Adhere to company protocols regarding FOD, tool management, 5-S practices, and safety regulations.
- Keep a tidy and organized workspace.
- Care for and maintain tools and equipment as assigned.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen events).
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Completion of two years of accredited education in aviation electronics or two years of relevant work experience, or an avionics certification from an accredited institution with one year of related experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and general software knowledge.
