Shift Details:
We offer two shifts:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Job Summary:
As a production associate, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team dedicated to crafting exquisite leather products. Our production environment is designed to foster creativity and collaboration, where each team member plays a vital role in the manufacturing process.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage in various aspects of production including color matching, design, finishing, inspection, and shipping.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge across different production areas.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by asking questions and seeking solutions.

Compensation:
