Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. As a skilled nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for our residents. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that resident needs are met and care is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring that care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor and evaluate resident care, making adjustments as needed to ensure that care is delivered in a high-quality and compassionate manner.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, including Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
