Job Description:

The Senior IT Security Manager will be responsible for leading the IT security operations at ArchWell Health, ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of critical security controls across a heterogeneous corporate environment. This position requires strategic guidance, expertise, and leadership in managing and optimizing the security operations of the organization.

The Senior IT Security Manager will play a critical role in providing support and alignment to day-to-day activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT security systems, and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness while hardening the environment from known and yet discovered threats. This position offers opportunities for significant impact by driving security-oriented operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT security services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or similar credentials.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations management, including hands-on experience with infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and security.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong understanding of Smartsheet.
  • 5+ years of experience working in predominantly Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 based environments.
  • 2+ years of experience working within Microsoft Azure, 365, Entra (formerly "Intune"), Purview (Compliance), and Defender portals/dashboards.
