Position Overview

As a key member of our Airlines Liaison Team (ALT), you will act as a representative for airlines, addressing a variety of technical, strategic, and operational challenges in collaboration with the airport. Your role will involve engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality interactions and comprehensive documentation for various projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office and other stakeholders to ensure project adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of project information, including managing contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Oversee project construction, providing progress reports and addressing any issues that may affect project parameters; conduct field visits and inspections as necessary.
  • Engage with airline personnel and stakeholders regarding operational impacts, representing airline concerns and informing them of upcoming construction activities.
  • Critically assess project assumptions and technical aspects throughout all phases of project development.
  • Participate in regular coordination and strategy meetings, producing and maintaining executive-level summaries and reports based on stakeholder recommendations.
  • Work closely with financial teams to ensure project scope and funding are aligned and properly tracked.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in all phases of construction and project management, particularly in complex commercial aviation projects.
  • Strong background in planning and budgeting for large-scale capital programs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other professionals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or Construction Management.
  • PMP and LEED certifications are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
  • Prior experience in the commercial aviation sector is essential.
