Dishwashing Expert

At Whole Foods Market, we're seeking a highly skilled Dishwashing Expert to join our team. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year.

As a key member of our kitchen team, the Dishwashing Expert will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares are washed, rinsed, and sanitized to the highest standards. This includes maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment, adhering to established procedures, and reporting any safety hazards.

• Dishwashing and Sanitation: Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Kitchen Area Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves.
  
• Assistance with Deliveries: Assist with kitchen deliveries, proper storage, and product rotation to ensure that our products are always fresh and available.
  
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and modeling suggestive selling techniques.
  
• Sales Maximization: Maximize sales potential through effective product preparation, storage, and merchandising.
  
• Environmental Sustainability: Maintain a clean and sustainable working environment by reducing waste, conserving resources, and promoting eco-friendly practices.

• Lifts up to 50 pounds.
  
• Stands or walks for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day.
  
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  
• Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.
