Key Responsibilities for the Case Management Team Leader:

  • Oversee the administrative management and daily functions of the assigned care management team.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to care managers.

  • Coordinate clinical supervision of team members and services in collaboration with the Clinical Manager/Director.

Qualifications for the Case Management Team Leader:

  • Must be on a path toward licensure.
  • Preferred qualifications include licensure by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board at LSW or LPC.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
