Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host/Hostess to join our team at Denny's. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • Answer phones and take To-Go orders
  • Collect payment and process transactions
  • Fulfill beverage orders and assist service personnel
  • Resolve guest complaints and notify management as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sufficient mobility to move and operate in the work area
  • Ability to meet state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
