Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

• Operate the dish machine to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Set up and organize the dish racks to ensure efficient dishwashing and storage.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
