The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying established standards and researching and resolving complex problems with diverse scope in innovative ways. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for compiling and preparing essential financial documents and reports required by TRATON, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prepare financial documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize formal processes to gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and proper accounting standards.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP and consolidation systems.
  • Play a key role in quarter-end and year-end close processes, managing tight deadlines and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Partner with global stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and coordination on financial reporting and consolidation efforts.
  • Collaborate with auditors to support the review and audit of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with new and existing technical accounting literature, ensuring all financial reporting aligns with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 2 years of accounting/financial reporting experience.

Additional requirements include a strong background in accounting or financial reporting, experience in SEC reporting, and knowledge of IFRS and GAAP. Proficient in using various financial systems, including consolidation and reporting systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
