The Job
  • Bring Soccer to Life: Share your enthusiasm and creativity to bring our Soccer Island program to life.
  • Soccer Sessions: Conduct engaging soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, including field setup and take-down.
  • Character Development: Encourage positive reinforcement and modeling to foster character development in children.
  • Curriculum and Techniques: Utilize our expert-created curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
  • Safety and Inclusion: Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, adhering to on-site safety and attendance protocols.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with families, caregivers, and teachers.
Qualifications
  • No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior sports or coaching experience.
  • Passion for Children and Sports: A genuine passion for working with children and sports is essential.
  • Energetic and Engaging: Be energetic, engaging, and responsible in your approach.
  • Safety Conscious: Prioritize safety and well-being in all aspects of the job.
