Job Title: Practice Manager

Join Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC as a Practice Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and business acumen. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing all essential business functions in the veterinary practice and supporting the practice teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and manage expenses to ensure profitability
  • Develop and maintain salary schedules and job evaluations for all employees
  • Provide input on an annual budget and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and laws
  • Establish and execute performance evaluations and internal operating procedures
  • Partner with the Managing Doctor to ensure all team members are adhering to practice operating procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience required, previous veterinary medicine experience preferred
  • Ability to work on weekends when needed
  • Computer skills, MS office applications, etc.
