Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and engaging a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select high-quality care professionals to join our team
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure our care professionals have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to promote staff retention and satisfaction

Requirements
