Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals who are passionate about helping students overcome communication barriers. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in assessing students for speech and language disorders, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing SLP services in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs, and develop and implement effective treatment plans to address these needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
- IEP Development and Implementation: Collaborate with the IEP team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Speech Language Pathology License.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and school staff.
