Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a primary care setting, addressing both physical and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Manage patient panels, focusing on wellness, acute care, and chronic disease management.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year.
