Cardiac Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Swedish Cherry Hill. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including telemetry monitoring and medication management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- At least one year of experience in cardiac telemetry or a related field.
