**Job Summary**

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to support our team in providing direction, advice, and assistance in conducting regular, special, and integrated system training and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and conducting special reports and presentations pertinent to products and services, field operations, training, or other applications. Additionally, the candidate will provide leadership to lower-level employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure that Tactical Networks are adequately planned and support the Commander's communication requirements.
  • Support Capability Set development and perform as the Capability Set Integration Team Lead.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

**Requirements**

  • Associate degree from an accredited college, or a 2-year technical school and certification in area of expertise.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent, as well as supervisory experience.
  • Current Secret Clearance.
