The Chief Financial Officer holds comprehensive financial accountability for their respective Business Unit(s), Function(s), and/or Corporate areas, encompassing the annual budgeting process, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial KPI monitoring.

This position provides financial analyses and insights to senior management, steering strategic decision-making based on key macro-economic, market, and business value drivers.

Additional key priorities include fostering collaboration across various businesses & functions, supporting investment decisions aligned with strategic objectives, and contributing to Board-level financial and business presentations.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for respective SBUs, FCEs, and/or Corporate areas.

Deliver monthly and ad-hoc analyses to senior management for informed decision-making.

Oversee SBU / FCE P&Ls and periodically review financial performance to discuss insights with Leadership.

Formulate business strategy and planning goals / in-depth analyses.

Track and report on capital expenditures and investment proposal submissions.

Provide financial support and guidance to Corporate and other Business areas.

Ensure the effective operation of the Analyst Pool.

Serve as a liaison between Business/Function/Corporate Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.

Drive process improvement initiatives / transformation projects and assess benefits.

Adhere to ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the job function.

Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

An MBA in Finance and Accounting is preferred.

Certified Public Accountant or other relevant professional certification is strongly preferred.

15+ years of financial management and reporting experience to support decision-making.

Prior experience in a leadership role, managing a strong analytical FP&A team.

Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, and MS Office.

Strong analytical, management, and planning skills.

Able to perform, explain, teach, re-imagine, and innovate within the specific domain.

Comprehends the broad impact of their role and related roles across the organization.
