Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU (CICU)
* Participate in resident and fellow education, including teaching and mentoring
* Conduct clinical or laboratory research in Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

* Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine or Pediatric Cardiology
* Additional fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care
* Experience in Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care and/or ECMO
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
