As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you will engage in a variety of technical tasks, including repairing appliances, installing safety devices, and replacing light fixtures. Additionally, you will oversee aesthetic improvements such as painting and window installations to ensure our environments remain appealing.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to daily maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Be equipped to handle urgent maintenance situations, including water damage and quick turnovers.
- Conduct repairs on doors, locks, tiles, and handrails throughout the property.
- Work closely with external contractors and suppliers.
- Keep detailed records and invoices for all maintenance activities performed.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in trades or property maintenance.
- Skilled in repairing property systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- A genuine interest in enhancing living spaces and resolving issues calmly.
- Strong capability to identify and manage safety concerns effectively.
- Additional skills in plumbing, electrical work, roofing, or HVAC are advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
