We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled physical counts of inventory, researching and resolving discrepancies, and accurately updating information on computer systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies involving products and quantities.">
  • Accurately update information on computer systems to maintain inventory records.">
  • Represent the company to customers, associates, and leadership as needed.">
  • Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.">
  • Resolve all inventory concerns as reported on Problem Forms and Location Research Forms.">
  • Examine invoices and shipping documents to ensure accordance with federal regulations.">
  • May recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations.">
  • Ensure goods are verified against records of shipment.">
  • Accurately record received and shipped items according to established procedures.">
  • Responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations.">
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.">
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.">
  • Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.">

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma/GED and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
