Position Summary:

We are in search of an exceptionally talented Lead Flutter Software Engineer to become an integral part of our dynamic development team. This comprehensive role will involve close collaboration with fellow developers, designers, and product managers to conceptualize, create, and sustain our mobile and web applications, ensuring they are high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Flutter and Dart, demonstrating the ability to deliver stunning, responsive, and visually captivating experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and uphold high-quality, scalable, and resilient Flutter applications for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code, contributing to team coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and offer mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning atmosphere.
  • Enhance applications for optimal performance and scalability on both client-side and server-side.
  • Identify and rectify performance and scalability challenges.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge and insights.
  • Engage in the entire application lifecycle, with a focus on coding, debugging, and team collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side Dart applications to support mobile and web applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration between server-side components and client applications.
  • Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines across complex and evolving applications and features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in mobile and web application development.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically with Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile and web applications to back-end services.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Experience with server-side Dart development and related frameworks.
