Job Summary

As a Medical Technologist at InterMed, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and quality control procedures
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance and patient care
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and InterMed policies

Requirements

• ASCP certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months from date of hire
• Ability to perform clinical laboratory tests according to established and accepted procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Schedule

Saturday 9-2, 5 hours per week
