Banquet Captain

The Town of Smyrna, TN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Train and supervise food service staff to ensure high-quality service and presentation.
• Coordinate and execute banquet events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service and supervisory experience in the food service industry.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license required.
