AristaCare busca una Enfermera Registrada (RN) para proporcionar atención de enfermería a los residentes según sus necesidades individuales. Las responsabilidades incluyen, entre otras: supervisión de medicamentos, monitoreo de salud, evaluación de la capacidad física y mental y desarrollo de planes de atención individualizados. Este puesto requiere trabajo en equipo, colaboración, excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación e interpersonales. La RN es responsable de liderar con el ejemplo, evaluar las necesidades de atención de los residentes y tomar las medidas adecuadas para proporcionar atención de alta calidad a todos los residentes.

Requisitos:

  • Licencia de Enfermera Registrada (RN) válida en el Estado de NJ, requerida
