**Mission-Driven Dental Care Provider**
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality dental services to underserved families in our community. As a pediatric dentist, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of creating happy, healthy smiles.

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate pediatric dentist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide dental services to patients, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions
* Work closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members to ensure excellent patient care
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
* Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration

**What We Offer**
* A competitive salary of $160,000 per year, paid biweekly
* Opportunities for student loan repayment assistance up to $500/month
* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match
* Continuing education reimbursements and reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues
* VISA and Green Card sponsorship available

**Requirements**
* DDS or DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
* Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
* Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults
