We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at The Sagamore Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning refrigerators, microwaves, and other kitchen appliances.
  • Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply carts on a daily basis.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to special guest requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure they meet our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
