Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Portfolio Manager to join our team at Condominium Associates. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned condominium communities, ensuring seamless efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to community boards, officers, and members on matters related to community management.
  • Develop and implement effective financial management strategies to ensure sound financial health.
  • Lead and train on-site personnel, fostering a culture of growth, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Oversee various responsibilities contributing to the overall success and vibrancy of managed communities.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in accounting software, with experience in CINC a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in property management.
  • LCAM certification in the state of FL.
  • Driver's license.
