Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
- 2 years of experience in critical care nursing (preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
