Key Responsibilities
  • Operate 18-wheeler tractor-trailer to transport waste and trash to the landfill, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain and inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, fuel, and tire pressure, to ensure the vehicle is running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as safety procedures, vehicle maintenance, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • One to three years of experience in operating 18-wheeler tractor-trailers and/or trailers.
  • Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions, as well as oversee the work of other team members when necessary.
  • Skill in the safe use and care of light and medium hand power tools and related equipment used in construction and maintenance.
  • Ability to operate light equipment such as backhoes, front-end loaders, and other machinery as needed.
Compensation

$15 per hour
