Key Responsibilities- Lead Consultant on the Health Solutions client team, supporting the Account Executive and responsible for timely, accurate, and quality service of all client deliverables.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and oversee the client team and project management.
- Collaborate with the client Account Executive to facilitate execution of overall strategy and special projects as needed.
- Delegate assignments to team members and peer review their work, while actively involved in performing analysis, drafting client presentations, participating in client meetings, and identifying client needs for other services.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of client-facing experience at an insurance company or brokerage/consulting experience in the Health & Benefits discipline, with a strong emphasis on health benefits.
- Specific areas of expertise needed for this position include long-term strategic planning, benefit plan design, RFP development and response review, carrier negotiations, stewardship report preparation, benchmark analysis, client financial analysis, and carrier contract reviews.
- Strong project management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Broad business knowledge/perspective.
- Business development experience.
