Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at The Tampa EDITION. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
  • Support food and beverage operations by managing menu items, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
